Is this a salaried position?
The first 14 days are performance-based. Rise may make an individual fixed-contract offer earlier or after the review period, but no fixed contract is automatic or guaranteed.
How does Scout commission work?
Eligible Scouts receive 10% of paid campaign revenue generated by their verified creators during year one and 5% afterward.
When does commission become payable?
A lead alone does not create commission. Commission becomes eligible after the creator is verified, completes eligible campaign work and the relevant campaign revenue has been paid through Rise.
What happens if there is no long-term offer?
Eligible commission already earned remains connected to your Scout portfolio under the Scout Terms, even if no fixed follow-up contract is offered.
Do I have to use the prepared messages?
No. Every prepared message is an optional idea, not a required script. Personalized edits and completely original messages are encouraged. Keep first contact link-free and preserve the exact private creator URL when you send it after interest.
Is outreach automated?
No. Outreach is manual and personalized. You may use TikTok, email or another appropriate direct channel while following platform rules and avoiding spam or automated mass messages.
What is the exact outreach order?
Analyze and reserve the profile first. Send a personal first message without a link, record the channel, wait for genuine interest, then send the complete signup message generated in the workspace.
Which link do I send to the creator?
Use only the private creator signup URL shown for that reserved profile. The Copy signup message button includes the correct personal URL automatically. Do not send the Scout dashboard, briefing or referral link.
Who completes the creator form?
The creator opens the private link and enters their own name, email and consent directly with Rise. Scouts must not complete or verify the form for a creator.
What happens after I send the signup link?
Nothing needs to be reported manually. Rise tracks the creator opening the link and submitting the form, updates the pipeline and handles the review. You can follow the status from your workspace.
How is performance evaluated?
Rise reviews relevant outreach, genuine replies, invitation opens, completed submissions, verified creators and creator quality. Empty, duplicate or manipulated submissions do not count.
Which creators and regions are eligible?
The current scouting focus is TikTok and can be international. Individual campaign requirements may differ. Real activity, content quality and campaign fit matter more than follower count alone.
What exactly can I offer a creator?
You may invite them to submit their profile for consideration for paid brand campaigns. Signup is free, creates no commitment and is not itself paid. Never promise approval, a campaign or a fixed fee; Rise shares campaign-specific terms with approved creators.
Can I analyze a friend or my own profile?
A friend is acceptable only when they are a genuine creator prospect who may want Rise. Do not use friends only to test the analyzer, and do not submit your own, fake, duplicate or controlled profiles as leads.
Do I connect my TikTok account to Rise?
No. Rise does not need your social-media password and does not send messages for you. Contact creators manually from an account you are authorized to use, protect your login details and follow each platform's rules.
How are Scout payments sent?
Commission appears in the workspace after it becomes eligible. The workspace owner completes the available payout method in Account; Rise reviews the payout details before releasing approved commission. Availability can depend on country and currency.
Can several people use one workspace?
Yes. The workspace owner can invite team members with separate accounts. Members share the creator pipeline without sharing passwords; payout settings remain owner-controlled.
